Our White Sage Smudge Stick, measuring approximately 11cm, is a traditional botanical used in cleansing and spiritual rituals.

How to use:
Light the end of the White Sage Smudge Stick and allow it to catch briefly before gently blowing out the flame. Allow the aromatic smoke to move through your space while setting your intention.
